At Spotlight FX, we believe in empowering creators. Our licensing terms reflect our commitment to providing you with the freedom to use our assets in your creative projects.
What You Can Do:
.1Free to Use: All assets in Spotlight FX can be downloaded and used for free.
.2Commercial and Personal Use: You are free to use any asset for both commercial and personal projects.
.3No Attribution Required: While we appreciate it, you are not required to give credit to Spotlight FX or the asset creator (but it's always appreciated!).
What You Cannot Do: 
.1No Reselling: Assets from Spotlight FX cannot be sold or redistributed on other marketplaces or platforms.
.2No Replication: You cannot use assets from Spotlight FX to create a service or product that directly competes with or replicates the functionality of Spotlight FX.
Longform: Spotlight FX grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, use, modify, and distribute assets from Spotlight FX for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from Spotlight FX or the asset creator. This license does not permit the resale of assets or the use of assets to create a competing or similar service to Spotlight FX.
