What's the difference between Free and Pro?

At Spotlight FX, we're committed to providing flexible options to match your creative needs and budget. Our platform offers two main versions: the Free version and the Pro version. Here's a breakdown of what each plan offers to help you decide which is the right fit for you.

  • Free Plan: The Free plan allows you to download 5 items of your choice (each month) directly into your timeline, which you can keep forever, including automatic updates and licenses for commercial work.
  • Pro Plan: The Pro Plan provides unlimited downloads directly into your timeline, offering unrestricted access to our asset library.


Payment Methods

We use a third party provider,  Lemonsqueezy , a trusted and reliable platform that ensures your transactions are safe and secure. You can pay using major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods.


Subscription Management

    .1Log in to your Spotlight account on  https://accounts.spotlightfx.com 
    .2Go to " Your Products " and you should see the table with all of your products, where you can manage your subscription.


Can I purchase Spotlight as a lifetime subscription?

Not at the moment.


Can I purchase additional credits?

Not at the moment, but let us know if you'd like this option.


What happens to my downloaded items if I cancel my Spotlight FX subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will still retain lifetime access to all items you have already downloaded. However, you will not be able to download new items or access other Spotlight Pro features after your subscription ends.


Requesting a Refund

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a refund under certain circumstances.

  • You have purchased a Spotlight subscription through our payment processor, Lemonsqueezy
  • You have requested a refund within the time frame specified in our refund policy (14 days)
  • You have not downloaded more than 5 items from your account

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, you can request one by contacting our support team via email at  help@spotlightfx.com . Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is possible.

Once you've requested a refund and it has been approved, the processing time can vary depending on a few factors, including the payment method used and the processing time of Lemonsqueezy, our payment processor.

Typically, it takes several business days for a refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, so we'll do everything we can to ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible.
